Jason is a top notch inspector that I would recommend to anyone. Very professional... extremely knowledgeable...detailed and throrough inspection reports...and most importantly...he keeps the best interests of his clients front and center at all times. Worked with him on two separate inspections this year and both were excellent.
Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went beyond the service we called him for by offering tips and advise to ensure the safety of our home. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home.
Very knowledgeable in all aspect of home inspection. Arrived early and was very thorough in making sure everything that was needed was done correctly. Great service! Highly recommended
Great experience, Jason is professional and very knowledgeable, he was more than happy to take all the time needed to answer all my questions. This professional approach made the process of testing my homes air quality very easy. Would not hesitate to use his services again or to recommend him to anyone.
We love Jason! This was our second inspection with him and it was just as we expected the second time around informative, exceptional and detailed. Our lawyer was complaining about inspectors in general and we said, “but do you know Jason?” And it’s true, he is the exception. We were so happy with his work and even hired him as our mold inspector. We trust him and his suggestions 100 percent! We look forward to working with him again in the future. Thanks Jason!

Asbestos FAQs

Is it worth testing for asbestos?

Asbestos is a known carcinogen, and exposure to asbestos can lead to mesothelioma, lung cancer, and other serious health problems. If you’re concerned about exposure to asbestos, it is worth considering testing for the presence of asbestos in your home or workplace.

How much is asbestos testing?

The cost of asbestos testing will vary depending on the type of test and the size of the area being tested. Expect to pay anywhere from $425 on up for a professional asbestos inspection. For a quote, you can request an estimate by filling out our request form.

What does asbestos testing involve?

Asbestos testing generally involves taking a sample of material from your home or workplace and sending it to a laboratory for analysis . The type of sample will depend on the type of material being tested. For example, a bulk sample might be taken for a Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) test of drywall, while a Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) sample might be taken for a sample of VCT flooring. Sometimes both tests are required for a single sample and the number of samples required may be more than one. PLM tests are much cheaper than TEM tests.

How long does asbestos testing take?

Asbestos testing generally takes five days to complete once the samples have reached the lab. Samples can be expedited as fast as 24HR for an additional fee.
