What Our Most Recent Clients Are Saying:

Called Bald Eagle/ Jason as my parents were having a mold issue from excessive humidity and dampness in their garage attic. Jason was responsive and was able to get us in for a consultation quickly, which I was so grateful for as my parents are elderly and have underlying health issues. He was kind and patient answering a multitude of questions throughout the process. His thorough inspection, referral for remediation, and follow up after was exemplary. I was completely confident with his assessment based on professionalism and knowledge. He took his time to explain new concepts to myself and my parents. Ultimately, all was resolved and I was so pleased with Jason and the way he walked us through a very stressful time.
This is the second home inspection we have gotten from Jason. He is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in his inspections. We were very happy both times and would highly recommend him to anyone!
Jason's response was prompt and the communication was great. He performed indoor air testing (quick results). He was very professional and accommodating. He even took the time to answer some questions I had inspecting areas of the house that did not have to do with the service we requested. I highly recommend Jason and I would hire him in the future.
Jason was extremely thorough and professional.. He made several recommendations about improving air quality that go beyond mold removal, and his expertise on exposure to mold was obvious. The problem tried out to be less than we had feared, and his report helped us identify what additional steps to take.
Jason came immediately to our home for the mold inspection. He was knowledgeable and very professional. We felt we could trust him and the information he shared. Highly recommend him!

Asbestos FAQs

Is it worth testing for asbestos?

Asbestos is a known carcinogen, and exposure to asbestos can lead to mesothelioma, lung cancer, and other serious health problems. If you’re concerned about exposure to asbestos, it is worth considering testing for the presence of asbestos in your home or workplace.

How much is asbestos testing?

The cost of asbestos testing will vary depending on the type of test and the size of the area being tested. Expect to pay anywhere from $425 on up for a professional asbestos inspection. For a quote, you can request an estimate by filling out our request form.

What does asbestos testing involve?

Asbestos testing generally involves taking a sample of material from your home or workplace and sending it to a laboratory for analysis . The type of sample will depend on the type of material being tested. For example, a bulk sample might be taken for a Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) test of drywall, while a Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) sample might be taken for a sample of VCT flooring. Sometimes both tests are required for a single sample and the number of samples required may be more than one. PLM tests are much cheaper than TEM tests.

How long does asbestos testing take?

Asbestos testing generally takes five days to complete once the samples have reached the lab. Samples can be expedited as fast as 24HR for an additional fee.
