As the President of Bald Eagle Inspection Services, I have over two decades of practical experience in both residential and commercial construction industries. Much of my professional career has been spent as an Estimator and Project Manager for a general contractor in New York State. I have a vast knowledge and experience background working with commercial and residential systems, components and proper building practices, including the successful completion of several large scale building projects in the area, ranging from schools to medical facilities, MRI’s, laboratory and research facilities, chemical manufacturing facilities, warehouses, office buildings, and of course, residential properties. I also maintain a large network of subcontractors, suppliers, companies and organizations and am well respected throughout the industry.

I noticed a need for quality, knowledgeable home inspectors through my own experiences. Motivated by my drive to grow and excel in my career, I created Bald Eagle Inspection Services, LLC.

I am a Certified Professional Inspector, NYS Licensed Home Inspector (license #1600007491), NYS Licensed Mold Assessor (license #00742), Asbestos Inspector (license #293893), FHA 203(k) Consultant (ID #P1885), commercial inspector certified, wood destroying insect certified, radon certified, and fully insured. To further expand my knowledge and to better serve my clients, I am always working toward additional certifications.

I perform residential home inspections, mold assessments, commercial inspections, FHA 230(k) consulting, wood destroying insect inspections, radon testing, water quality and flow testing. I provide detailed and easy to understand reports helping you to understand all aspects of the property. I also perform pre-listing inspections that can be used as a powerful marketing tool to set your home apart from others and give potential buyers greater peace of mind.

My services do not end with inspections. I also provide high quality real-estate casualty and replacement-value estimating services, construction estimating, budget estimating and consulting services.
